Not necessarily, but we encourage you to be home, because we don't really want you leaving your home unlocked.

Do I need to provide cleaning materials?

No! Your Scrubbr will have everything they need to get the job done. However, if you have a personal reference, you can let your Scrubbr know upon arrival, and simply provide your own cleaning products that you would like them to use.

What if I'm not happy with my service?

Your Scrubbr will provide photo proof of their work once their job is complete. If you're unsatisfied with any of the work, kindly let your Scrubbr know so that they can re-visit it.

How do I check my home's square footage?

Homeowner

  • Check your property tax assessment, which often includes the home's square footage. 

Renter

  • Check your lease. Your lease agreement might include the square footage.
